These take 5 minutes to make up, then 10 more minutes to cook.

• 1 cup oats

• 2 egg whites

• 1/4 cup nut butter of your choice

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

  2.  To cook these banana protein pancakes, heat a skillet or griddle over medium to medium-high heat and gently melt a little coconut oil.
  3. Once the oil is melted, pour about 1/3 of a cup of the batter onto the hot griddle, which should get you 4 nice pancakes out of this amount.
  4. Cook the pancake for 2-4 minutes, until the edges begin to turn from shiny to dull and bubbles appear in the center of that pancake.
  5. Flip using a spatula and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden-brown and cooked through.
